I, the cardholder of the credit card listed above, request to purchase the item(s) listed above from Rebuilt Engines.com. I have obtained and read the Remanufactured Engine Warranty, Owners Manual, Installers Guide or other Warranty that may apply to the product that I am purchasing. I agree to follow the installation guidelines as outlined in the Remanufactured Engine Owners Manual, Installers Guide or any other Installation Instructions that may apply. I agree to abide by the terms, conditions and limitations of the Remanufactured Engine Warranty and any other warranties that may apply. I acknowledge that the Remanufactured Engine Warranty and all other applicable warranties are limited warranties. Reconditioned, Used and Salvage Engines carry a "Parts Only" Limited Warranty with no provision for labor coverage except through the purchase of an optional Limited Labor Coverage Program. I understand that some items are not manufactured by Rebuilt Engines.com and carry a Limited Manufacturers Warranty and are not warranted by Rebuilt Engines.com. I agree to pay a 15% restocking fee as well as all freight charges on any and all returned or refused items. No returns accepted after 30 days. No returns accepted on items that have been installed. I agree to accept Orange County, California as the correct venue in the event that legal action is brought by either party. In the event that Orange County is not deemed the correct legal venue then I agree to Binding Arbitration in Orange County.
