| The Rebuilding Process |
| Each engine core is disassembled and meticulously cleaned. Numerous machining processes are performed as allowed by Mazda Factory OEM specifications. The compression, oil and coolant seals and all springs and o-rings for these seals are replaced with Brand New seals. A brand new oil pump is installed as well as the timing cover. All Turbo engines have been upgraded to 3mm apex seals at no extra cost. The balance of the gaskets and seals required to complete your installation are also included. We can also install a resurfaced flywheel for a small additional charge. A 2-Year/24,000 Mile Manufacturers Limited Warranty(.pdf) is also included. |
| Performance Modifications Available Increase horsepower with internal engine porting and polishing modifications. Engine porting increases capable fuel induction and reduces internal restriction. All porting includes enlargement and polishing of intake and exhaust ports. | ||

| Core deposits refunds are as follows: Evaluation of 12 main components divided on an equal percentage. The components are: 2 Rotor Housings, 3 Cast Irons, 1 Shaft, 2 Rotors, 2 Stationary Gears, 1 Oil Pump and 1 Front Cover. Please note that the old engine core must not have previously disassembled. |
